The CDL10P comprises six 2-inch drivers arranged in a segmented, circular-arc high-frequency array positioned in front of a 10-inch woofer. The low-frequency driver’s output aligns with the same acoustic axis as the high-frequency array, ensuring that the sound pattern emanates consistently from the center. This design minimizes anomalies in the near field, making the CDL10P versatile for various venue sizes.
The CDL10P’s hybrid design, blending point-source and line-array elements, delivers focused sound with uniform SPL coverage both on and off-axis. This feature makes it an excellent choice for both mobile and installed applications. Rigging the CDL10P enclosures is simplified with built-in pin-loaded rigging hardware. Additionally, a dual-angle pole mount supports single or dual enclosure pole-mounting setups. The integrated 500W x 500W Class D power amplifier includes onboard DSP presets for easy configuration in arrays.
Similar to the CDL12P, the CDL10P is the outcome of extensive research and development, merging the strengths of point-source and line-array technologies into a distinctive patent-pending design. It ensures clear speech intelligibility and natural music reproduction with a highly focused pattern and consistent SPL across the frequency response range, on and off-axis.
Regarding the CDL10P’s high-frequency driver array, the fast transient response of the 2-inch cones is tailored for accurate high- and mid-range sound reproduction. With the internal crossover set at 420 Hz, the CDL10P offers seamless audio reproduction, minimizing gaps in the musical range and reducing comb filtering between the 10-inch bass drivers for a smooth low-mid response.
Powering the high-frequency driver array, each 2-inch speaker features a 1-inch voice coil, driven by a 500W Class D amplifier. The power distribution across six voice coils reduces power compression, resulting in an efficient design with a flatter phase response for less listener fatigue and a refined, balanced sound.

The CDL10P is equipped with a continuous-directivity constant curve array that includes six 2-inch cone drivers.

The sound dispersion of the CDL10P is 120° horizontally.

It has a vertical directivity of 15°, which can be extended from 30° up to 90° by adding more CDL10P units.

The CDL10P features a 10-inch long-throw LF transducer with a 2.5-inch voice coil.

A low 420 Hz crossover point is implemented to minimize comb filtering and improve line array intelligibility.

It is powered by a Class D amplifier with 500 x 500 watts of power, allowing for high SPLs and lightning-fast transient response.

The CDL10P includes onboard DSP with features such as a 90 High-pass filter, Array Mode (1-6 boxes), and Sub Mode (Off, CDL18s, ULT18, or AIR18s).

It is designed with a 35 mm pole socket that has a 7.5˚ downward tilt, allowing for easy mounting on a tripod or on top of compatible PreSonus subwoofers.

Integrated flyware is provided to create an array of up to six CDL10P units.

The CDL10P is built with a rugged, lightweight plastic enclosure and a tour-grade, 1.2 mm steel grille, making it suitable for touring bands and mobile DJs.
